If you're the type who's not really watching movies in 3d everytime,and find yourself asking whether this is worth spending the extra 3d money,the answer is yes. Kong is purely entertaining, and Samuel Jackson is infuriating af. He wants to kill everything, we shouldn't be surprised really- remember snakes on plane? Anyway, the plot is way much better than Godzilla. The way the gave us right amount of info to go on with each characters, for us to care when some of them died and some of them nearly died is enough for me. We didn't need to know every single detail of their background. Although, they could've given more depth to Tom Hiddleston and Brie Larson's characters. Just a tracker and pulitzer-chasing photographer?(I ain't a writer, I'm just saying.) Kong is a pulp-fiction-all-the-way through kind of movie. Epic battle with the lizard needs to be seen in 3d. It doesn't need a brain so just bring some popcorns if you decide to watch this. Okay? I've always been a fan of Wolverine..and I probably always will be. There, I've said it. Okay?Okay. Parents, beware- this is a pretty violent movie. It's so dark and that's why I was not surprised it has an 18 rating. It satiated my violent inner me. I loved Boyd Holbrook on Narcos,but I utterly despise him here as main villain.
