If you love yourself.....
It hurts to see people in a relationship where it is no good for them.
đđđ& they wonât ever leave because their âloveâ for someone else overshadows the love they have for themselves. đđđ
Self love is soooooo important.
The person getting abused will stay and let the other person emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically abuse them. Drag them through fucking hell but somewhere in their mind they think that that is all they will ever be able to receive in terms of âloveâ. So they stay. After a while, it gets to the point you canât fully fault the abuser entirely anymore because this person now wonât leave the relationship after seeking help and advice. They know itâs bad for them but stay anyway. So they are now volunteering for the abusive. Theyâve become addicted, like an addict.
They control you and can manipulate you. They know they can do whatever they want now because you won't ever leave.
Thatâs not love. They think itâs love though. Itâs
1. More of the feeling that one NEEDS to have someone all the time,
2. Is scared they wonât find another
and
3. Scared of being alone.
If one loves themselves, there are a number of things they wonât allow to happenâŠ.
1. Wonât allow disrespect of any form. Not to them, their friends, their family ect.
2. There will be no physical abuse going on
3. If someone cheats, they will leave. Aint no second chances.
4. If they find themselves having to question your love or respectâŠ. â(Dueces)
5. Having to play detective and snoop around (This means there is no trust. LEAVE)
When you love yourself nobody can hurt you. You can get your feelings hurt yes, however you still know YOU come first and the VERY FIRST sign of someone trying to diss you or hurt youâŠ. youâll know itâs time to exit.
Even with friends and family. These abusive relationships exists within âfriendshipsâ and âfamiliesâ too.
It does not matter if thatâs your family. Thatâs even more of a reason for one to be more protective of their self love. Family donât do that shit! Well at least they arenât supposed toâŠ..but it happens anyways. DO NOT FEEL confined to having to put up with abuse or disrespect of any form. Respect is still a factor. Goes back to them feeling genetically entitled and can say and do anything they want because youâre relatives or they are older than youâŠ. NO! That is not love OR tough loveâŠ. that is false love.
Same thing with so called friends. This should be the easiest one. Chuck the duece and keep it pushing!
Work on loving youself. Know your worth. Know what you deserve. You donât disrespect youself right? SO donât allow anyone else to do so or âCongratulations, you just played yourself.â
LOVE YOU! LOVE YOURSELF! Donât let your love for someone else overshadow the LOVE you have for YOU. YOUR LOVE for YOU should be GREATER than ALL!
