Theme Building at Los Angeles International Airport is a beautiful Historic Building that was built in 1957-1961. Theme Building was formerly a Restaurant, but closed due to the lack of business, since travelers would have to go out of their way to dine here in between flights. With Security Checks and waits to board planes, it was not a convenient dining option. The Bob Hope USO now occupies the ground floor of this building. Unfortunately the Observation Deck is closed to Visitors. But it is a beautiful and interesting part of Los Angeles history.
