Zephiron / Zephyra Giving: No. They prefer subtlety over leaving marks. Getting: Doesn’t faze them. If anything, they’ll glance at it in the mirror and shrug. "If it bothered me, I wouldn’t have let you get that close."

Picks up the spider with bare hands. Chases you through the room. Laughs the entire time.

"Every creature has its place in this world," they murmur, kneeling at your side.

"There’s nothing wrong with fear. But this one meant you no harm."

Then they take the spider outside and curl around you until your fear quiets.

And so begins a heartfelt crash course in the concept of irrational fear, before they dutifully remove the spider and return to stand guard - just in case.
