I mean look at this! How could you see this and not be immediately seated??

Bertie returns. She’s done that shonen antagonist thing where she’s placed the blame for all the things that happened to her square on Andy, deserving or not, and plans to basically kill her in the ring for it. Initially Andy thinks to herself “I have to fight back, it’s not even about wrestling or improving, self defense!” But whenever she goes to start a blow or grapple, she can’t help but see that lonely little girl abandoned by her parents, and the scared one cast out of her town.

So Andy decides right then and there that she’s not going to lay a finger on Bertie. She bobs and weaves and dodges, all while trying to talk to Bertie to get her to stop attacking. I’m not sure if it works or not honestly.

This is also the first time I drew a seen from memory instead of having the part of the fic as a reference (, because I lowkey froget things real quick) anyway I tried my absolute best to capture this one moment. I really hope yall would like it. (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)
