Not everything is your fault. I'm sorry your old home was destroyed, and it's okay to grieve the people you lost and the amends you never got to make. Your entire world ended. That sucks. It'll get better, and easier to hold this knowledge in your heart. Give it time. You can repent for any sins still haunting you by putting good into the world and loving your friends. Take time for yourself too though. You deserve that much.
...This is probably one of the nicest things I’ve read online in awhile. Is this Peaches? Haha... Anyway, I really have nothing to say against what you’ve said. This really made me smile a little bit (and shed a bit more tears). I’ll never get to hear the voices of every person I wanted to apologize to... But you’re right. I can still use what I know to make the world I am in now (and hopefully many other worlds) a better place.
I don’t think I’ve done enough to show my friends I really care about them. I think they deserve more than just a ‘thank you’. They deserve so much more for putting up with me. Peaches and (his) Papyrus are both the most understanding people I know, as well as the most forgiving. Perhaps I can show my appreciation by trying to do the same to others.
Anyway, thank you for the kind message. I’ll do my best from here on out, and if I start to slip up, I’d like someone to prod me before I do something really stupid.
