by the way!! don’t feel ashamed for being afraid of the dark! it’s completely understandable and anxiety just be like that sometimes. i couldn’t sleep in the dark until 9th grade! 

Andrew Kriess x Reader | Afraid of the Dark

You lay curled tightly under your blankets, the covers over your face hiding your being from the dark creatures of your imagination. It was unusually dark that night  and the slight noises of the decrepit manor along with your unforgiving mind was not helping you calm.

Antonio Paganini who catches his s/o crying.

Ah, he’s not really sure what to do. He’s not the best at this.

He’s not going to just stand there and watch nor ignore you, of course. He’ll try his best to sort everything out.

Say he catches you crying during a match; Cold and curled up in the corner of the factory in Leo’s Memory. He senses someone is nearby and trudges through the snow prepared to attack. But once he peers inside, he hears the soft muffled cries echo throughout the concrete flooring and walls. He recognizes that voice; those cries. 

“y/n?” There’s nothing but concern in his voice and his foreboding grin would fade. He’d rush over to make sure you were alright and would hold your hands in his. He’ll ask you what’s wrong, if you’re okay.

He’d wipe the tears from your face before pulling you into a tight embrace. 

Depending on the severity of your reasoning to breakdown at such a time and place, he’d surrender then and there. But he may also go friendly as well. He may lead you back to one of the other survivors and signify he went friendly. He’d play some songs on his violin and let you throw snowballs at him.

If you’re in Moonlit River Park, he’d prop you up on the carousel and gleefully watch you as you went around.

Not in the mood to goof around? That’s alright. He can still listen to you vent if you’d like. He doesn’t have the best advice as he’s never been good at giving it. But he’s a great listener. He’ll listen to everything you have to say.

An Assortment of Naib with a GN S/O Headcanons

He’s kind of a tsundere. If you compliment him he might roll his eyes and act like he doesn’t care. He’s hiding that smile though. He loves you.

He isn’t super flirty but if you flirt with him he mayyyyy just counter attack. He loves seeing you flustered and he’s not gonna let you win that easily.

Not into PDA in the slightest. He wants to keep his “big man that doesn’t need anyone” persona up in public. He’s afraid he’ll be seen as less than if anyone catches him holding your hand or something of the sort. He’ll gladly give you kisses and hold you close behind closed doors however.

He prefers to be held, especially at night when he’s feeling down. It’s comforting to him and he just needs to feel protected.

Yes he has a stuffed animal. Please don’t tease him or pick on him about it. He’s incredibly insecure about it; but before he met you, it was the only thing that could help him sleep at night. It’s a bit old and tattered, but he doesn’t love it any less. Please reassure him that he isn’t less than for having a “childish” object; that he isn’t “too old” for it and he’ll never be. It’s okay.

If you’re shorter than him, expect a lot of teasing. He’s been picked on for being short his whole life and he needs someone to pick on about it too. Don’t worry, he picks on you in a loving way; just little jokes here and there. “Are you sure you can reach that?” “Need a hand?”

He’d definitely make you stand on your tippy toes to kiss him and he’d grin like an idiot watching you try. He would get a bit flustered if you grabbed him by the shirt collar and pulled him down for a kiss. Definitely don't do that :] .

If you’re taller than him… let's face it- he’s still gonna pick on you for it. “Human giraffe.. Move over.” “How’s the weather up there?” Short people are only funny when it’s not him hmph. He’s not standing on his tippy toes to kiss you. He will never give you the satisfaction of being taller! He’d either pull you down or he’d just give up.

This was gonna be assorted headcanons but... I ended up writing cuddling headcanons since I think about them the most hah . . .

Wu Chang x Reader Cuddling Headcanons

Neither are very fond of PDA, but they’ll cuddle and hold you forever and ever in private. 

Xie extremely calm when cuddling. He’ll hold you close as he gently rubs your arms and runs his fingers through your hair. He doesn’t mind if you face him or are turned away from him when you’re laying together. If you’re facing him, he’ll press soft chaste kisses upon your forehead. If you’re facing away, he’ll nuzzle his face between your head and neck and hold onto your hands, rubbing his thumbs against the back of your hands. 

He wants to make sure you know that your presence is welcomed and that he loves you dearly. He’ll hold onto you forever if it means you’ll be happy.

If it wasn’t clear, he likes to be the big spoon with you. But if he’s had a bad day or if you want to be the big spoon, he won’t decline an offer for being held.

Fan on the other hand isn’t super big on cuddling, but he won’t decline an offer.

He doesn’t like staying still for long periods of time. He moves around and changes his position a lot, but he tries to make sure you remain comfortable. If his shifting around gets bothersome and you decide to get up, he’ll understand.

He’ll hold you tight though. He’ll give your face and neck soft, loving kisses and watch over you as you rest ( not.. in a creepy way. He just likes watching your calm face as you lay. He thinks you’re cute. )

Fan much prefers being big spoon, but also won’t decline to being held. He usually likes being held after he’s had a rough day or when he’s going through a depressive episode. He wants you to hold him tight and remind him that he’s loved and adored. That he’s doing great and how you’re happy to be with him.

Cuddling with both of them is a dream. They like it when you’re sandwiched between them, lovingly wrapped in their arms and practically drowning in the love and affection they’re giving you.

Wu Chang with a Survivor S/O

So, you somehow managed to get yourself TWO hunter boyfriends? Congratulations!

Even though you’re their loving partner, they most likely won’t give you too much special treatment during matches. They do take the games seriously.

Maybe they’ll go friendly a little more often if they find out you’re on the survivor team, but friendly matches are still sparse. 

Happenings outside of matches are a different story however.

Xie is very caring and loving. He wouldn’t hesitate to drop everything to come help you with whatever you need whether it be physical help or emotional support.

Xie isn’t too big on PDA, neither of them are, but Xie would definitely sneak in a few chaste kisses during matches.

I honestly see him as the slow dancing type? Like the type to just pull you into a calm dance at random, even if music isn’t playing. He’d usually hum a tune as he gently grasped your hands and twirled you around or held you close to his chest as he swayed.

Xie loves to just hold you. It’s not uncommon for him to wrap his arms around you from the behind and pull you close or for him to pull you up onto his lap as he places soft kisses upon your forehead, running his fingers through your hair. 

He loves to compliment you. You’re the world to him and he wants you to know that. He’s always telling you how gorgeous you look, always telling you how well you played in the match that day, always whispering “I love you” or loving Mandarin phrases into your ear before you get sent off back to the manor. Always warming your heart.

If you get injured in the matches with Xie and Fan and you have to rest in the infirmary, Xie will most definitely come and visit. He’ll apologize for injuring you so bad and will watch over you for a bit, making sure you’re alright. He’ll grasp your hand as you rest and will press his forehead against yours, before giving your lips a chaste kiss when he has to leave.

Fan .. is another story.

Kind of a tsundere to be honest. He loves you, don’t get me wrong! He actually loves you more than anything in the world. It just kind of chips at his ego to show his love like Xie does. 

He has his ways. Playful insults and empty threats in a tone of voice where you know he’s just playing around. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to tell if he’s being serious or not though.

He really doesn’t like PDA. Sorry, but hand holding isn’t an option out in the open. That is the perfect time to get him flustered though. Kiss him on the cheek or talk to him as you would talk to a baby and he’s pissed. In a loving way. If that.. Makes sense..

Fan will not give you special treatment during matches. He’ll actually chase you more than the others. He won’t chair you first but you will be on his radar.

When you are chaired, he’ll look at you all sly, a smirk on his face as he admires your form. Bastard. If you’re the last one to be chaired, he may give you a gentle kiss before you got sent back.

Sometimes if you’re the last one in the match entirely, he’ll still knock you down, but he’ll carry you to the dungeon.

Outside of matches, Fan is rather protective of you, almost in a possessive type of way but not? He just doesn’t want others to hurt you.
