Out of sight....kind of out of mind🥴🥴🥴

I was suffering from a full-blown panic attack. Prolly residual effect of quitting my meds cold-turkey && from suppressing all of those emotions && feelings I should have been dealing with. But if I LEArned anything from all of the DBT skills that has been shoved down my throat and drilled into my head throughout my healing journey, it’s that music is my source of refuge and strength.
