I wrote this story because I’m kinda disappointed with Winwin’s gift so... yeah. Some parts of this story are real and some are not. Hope you enjoy! I also posted this in AFF.

They all looked at the remaining gifts on the tray.

“Who’s left?” Taeyong asked.

Winwin and Yuta then raised their hands.

“I know now. So I feel---” Yuta was cut off by Winwin.

“Can I go first?” Winwin said, brightly.

The staff nodded at him and he felt nervous.

‘What if hyung won’t like this gift? Everyone got a lot for their manitos but I only got one for him. You’re so bad, Winwin.’ He thought.

“Hold on... I-I... firstly...” Winwin stuttered and he can’t help but to scold himself for doing so.

“I already know which gift is yours!” Yuta said, identifying which he thinks is Winwin’s gifts.

Winwin covered his eyes thinking that he’s doomed. He feels that his hyung will be very disappointed for what he’ll receive later on.

Yuta first took his gifts first and everybody thinks that what’s left is Winwin’s.

“These are yours then!” Taeyong said, grabbing the remaining things that were on the tray.

‘Ah... What do I do?! I’m really doomed! Yuta hyung, I’m so sorry!’ He thought again.

“No, no! Not this, just this.” Winwin said, separating his gift and Yuta’s gift.

Everyone was surprised and looked at Winwin in disbelief.

“You didn’t buy that, you only bought this?!” Taeyong said and Yuta at the side looks so very disappointed.

“I’m suddenly so annoyed!” Yuta said and Winwin was mentally calling himself stupid.

‘Don’t cry, Winwin. Yuta hyung will appreciate it.’ He told himself mentally while covering his face.

“I worked really hard and this person only thought of getting this.” Yuta said, pointing at Winwin’s gift.

Taeyong and Taeil were only laughing while listening to them.

“Actually... hold on...” Winwin wants to explain the situation to make Yuta understand.

“Why? Why did you get that?” Taeyong asked, still laughing.

“Firstly, I’m sorry to the person I’m giving this to because we only had 1,000 yen to buy something. But after I got this, I couldn’t afford anything else.” Winwin explained while Yuta was just biting his finger to control himself.

“I didn’t think properly.” Winwin confessed, still putting a smile but he knew that his hyung is mad and disappointed with him.

“He was so flustered.” Doyoung said.

Yuta just decided to laugh it off because Winwin did try to find him something nice and he didn’t want him to feel bad. He also looked cute explaining things.

“He’s going to cry” Taeil said and Winwin found it hard to control it that moment.

“I feel regretful...” he said, looking down.

“It’s okay.” Yuta said and he really had the urge to comfort him that moment.

“Thank you, Winwin. I’ll use it well.” He added, making sure that it’s okay with him. He loves him so much that he’ll love anything he’ll receive from him.

Yuta was curious of what Winwin did for him as he was his manito. So, he asked him.

“What did you do for me? I can’t remember anything.”

“As soon as I found out who my manito was, I immediately took care of you! When we left the fishing restaurant, I gave you candy.” Winwin said brightly like an innocent child. Yuta can’t help but feel his heart beating and warming up for him.

“Ah... the candy from the restaurant?” Taeyong asked.

“Yes. I gave it to Yuta hyung.” He replied and the said guy was pretending that he didn’t know about it.

Yuta thought about it and he can’t help but smile. He then proceeded to say things about his manito which is Taeyong and gave him his presents. While they were doing it, Winwin was silent and was talking to himself.

‘Hyung just comforted me but I know that he’s still disappointed. I am a bad dongsaeng! Hyung already had a hard time but you only brought him this! You’re so stupid, Winwin.’

“All these gifts have meanings.” Taeyong said, looking satisfied of what he received.

“They do. I had such deep meaning for my gifts. This person didn’t.” Yuta said, looking at his gift.

‘See. He’s really disappointed with you.’ Winwin’s brain told him but he ignored it.

“I do, I do!” He defended.

“Let’s make a deep meaning.” Doyoung said, laughing.

“There really is!” He said again.

“Because when I was picking this, it kind of...” He started.

“This smile reminds me of Yuta hyung’s smile.”

“Oh~~~ Good job! That’s a good meaning!” Doyoung said and Yuta smiled at Winwin.

“That improvisation...” Doyoung said, making the others laugh but made Winwin felt like Yuta’s going to be mad at him.

“Yuta looks so disappointed.” Taeyong said and Winwin can’t help but to agree.

It has been a week since they went to Osaka. They have been doing the same routine but now that they are preparing for their comeback things got busier.

These days, Yuta has been thinking about how distant Winwin is with him. He told himself that maybe he just doesn’t have energy to talk with him because he’s tired from practicing but seeing him talking to Jaehyun, Taeil or any member, he feels that something is wrong.

‘Is he okay? Did he sleep well? Is there something wrong’ Yuta usually thinks about these things.

Although they are at in the same place, he can’t say anything to him. Whenever he has the courage to, Winwin will always be talking to someone else and that made Yuta think to just come another time. He's getting impatient as the time passes.

Yuta arranged his things in his room but stopped when he heard a thud. He looked for it and saw a photo album. Yuta smiled and remembered that this was a gift from the members when they went to Osaka.

Yuta laughed when he remembered how cute Winwin was exploring with the other members in his hometown. He then remembered the time where they all received something from their manitos. Winwin really looks so sad that he only gave him socks.

Yuta appreciated them. They were so warm and helped him sleep comfortably. They were also cute. Yuta joked about being disappointed just to see Winwin flustered but he did feel bad about making Winwin about to cry. He thought about the socks and suddenly he remembered how Winwin was so distant to him.

“Wait, does he still think I’m upset about his gift?” Yuta asked himself.

“Aish...”

“Winwin, when are you going to speak to Yuta hyung? He feels lonely and is confused by how you treat him these days.” Jaehyun said worriedly.

“I... I don’t know...” Winwin replied,looking down.

“Is this still about what happened in Osaka?” He asked but he got no reply.

“You know Yuta hyung appreciated what you got for him and he’s been using it a lot. He’s also been using that toothbrush you bought for yourself.”

“I am not a fool. Yuta’s disappointed with me. He feels tired by working hard for the tour yet I didn’t take care of him properly. I only thought about having fun. I only thought about myself.” Winwin said, his tears already falling.

“Winwin, don’t cry. Hyung understands you. Don’t feel bad.” Jaehyun said while patting him on the back but Winwin still kept on crying.

The other members already noticed it and they all felt worried for him. Yuta who just came in saw Winwin crying and he rushed to him.

“Winwin, what’s wrong?” Yuta asked and Jaehyun and the others left to give them privacy. They all know that Winwin’s upset because of him.

“N-nothing’s wrong...” Winwin replied, not looking at Yuta but at the floor.

“Winwin, we all know that you have problem. You can’t cry if you aren’t upset about something.”

“I... I’m sorry.”

“What are you sorry for?” He asked but he knew it was about the gift.

“I-I...” He didn’t continue what he said because Yuta kissed him on the forehead.

Winwin looked flustered and gave Yuta an innocent look. Yuta’s heart was beating faster because Winwin looked so cute. That’s the reason why he fell for him at the first place. But, that was only a secret. The members knew about it and he’s sure some of the fans knew about it too. He wasn’t sure about Winwin though. He’s too dense but that made him cute.

“You don’t have to be upset, Winko. I really appreciate what you gave to me.” Yuta said, smiling.

“No, I know that you are tired for working hard at the tour yet I failed to take care of you. I didn’t think about using my own money to buy you something.” Winwin said.

“You didn’t fail to care of me. Just seeing you enjoying the tour makes me feel like I’ve succeeded. I like seeing you happy, Winwin. But seeing you like this, I think I failed.” Yuta said and frowned.

“No, hyung. You did great. I was the one who didn’t and I’m sorry for that.” Winwin said.

“Aish, Winwinnie, you’re making it hard for me.” Yuta said, pinching Winwin’s nose.

“I’m sorry too for making you feel bad.” He added and they hugged each other.

“Aishiteru, Yuta hyung.”

Yuta was surprised by Winwin’s statement. His heart beat faster and he smiled. He hugged him tightly and said,

“Wo ai ni, Winko-chan.”

'Corrrrr he's alright ain't he!'
