blue velvet! i guess i'm not a lynch fan but my experience of lost highway and blue velvet is watching them in a university class about storytelling taught by a very annoying lacanian prof that i can't stand which didn't help

oooh this is a hard question! i feel like because i’ve made the effort to use my proper camera a lot more this year, I’ve taken quite a few i’m really happy with, but i have narrowed it down to four favs if you’ll allow me a sneaky extra

these two were both taken on achill island in ireland on a trip there over the summer - the one on the left is keem bay and the one on the right is a viewpoint of the island that’s fully on top of a wee mountain. the weather had been abysmal on the drive there but it turned out so beautiful and i managed to capture all those perfect blues and greens of an irish summer

and then. these two are from a trip to bordeaux i went on earlier this year! totally fell in love with the city for a thousand reasons (easily one of my favourite places I’ve been to) but I also loved taking photos there because it was just beautifully sunny the whole time and the buildings are all this gorgeous warm stone and everything close to our apartment was so brightly coloured and fun.

oooh now that is. such a hard question because i have so many clothes i adore

if i may. i have two answers. i have the most perfect burgundy wool winter coat that makes me feel like the most classy put together bitch alive when i wear it and so therefore i would like to be able to wear it forever and ever

second answer. is an item of clothing i don’t have any more but it was a burgundy (there’s a pattern here) checkered skort that made me feel like a character in clueless and i miss it every day
