It was quite something, suddenly finding himself in a place where such a small number of lives knew of him as someone prone to surprising people. While it wouldnât stop Wataru from going about his activities as usual, itâd perhaps be necessary to keep this fact in mind, lest he wind up in more trouble than he wanted to be in.
He reminds himself of this as he takes perch on a rather unusual spot upon the condo complexâs rec center, glancing around at his surroundings thoughtfully. Heâd taken up sitting above the entryway to get a slightly better view of everything around him, preferring to have a better understanding of the make of the surrounding world than not. It wasnât really anything noteworthy though, aside from condo after condo, differentiated only by colors to ensure people wouldnât get lost constantly. Wataru hadnât expected anything less, but still.
Having seen what heâd wanted, he was about to come down from his perch when he took note of someone approaching. Someone heâd never seen before (unsurprisingly, considering how populated this world was), who didnât seem to notice him. He could wait until after theyâve passed through the doors, but he had nothing more to see from up here. And so unceremoniously, he appears in front of the man--hanging upside down, hair draping against the ground (staying like this for long wouldnât be a good idea in that case), and a smile worming onto his lips.
âSuch a solemn look does not seem befitting a day like this!â Wataru offers neither a proper greeting nor an explanation of what heâs even doing, for such things can come eventually. âIt is a wonderful day, is it not? And yet you seem almost perturbed! Shall I show you a trick? Perhaps magic, or I could imitate the voice of a famous figure flawlessly; I am capable of many things... â°â
