Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix. 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1 package white chocolate candy melts. Cake pop sticks.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, softened vanilla ice cream, melted unsalted butter, and rainbow sprinkles. Mix until well combined. Using a cookie scoop, portion out small balls of the cake batter mixture and place them on a lined baking sheet. Insert a cake pop stick into each cake batter ball and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm. Melt the white chocolate candy melts according to the package instructions. Dip each frozen cake batter ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring even coating. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place the coated cake pops back on the lined baking sheet and let them set. Once the chocolate coating is set, your Cake Batter Ice Cream Balls are ready to be enjoyed!

I just discovered mochi ice cream. Β I wanted mini pies but they were out of them at trader joes so I settled with the green tea mochi ice cream. Β So glad I settled. Β Never thought iβd ever say that haha.
