Best of 55+ Housing Awards January 9 | 5:00 – 7:00 PM The Best of 55+ Housing Awards is the industry’s only national awards program honoring excellence in building design, marketing and lifestyles in housing for mature adults. The awards feature creative designs and marketing concepts, lifestyle, community and individual awards. Tickets: $55 per ticket and include hors d’oeuvres and open bar.

The Nationals Awards Gala—The National Sales and Marketing Awards January 9 |5:30 – 10:00 PM Now in its 37th year, The Nationals Awards Gala pays tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, home builders and their associates, and sales and marketing councils. The black-tie Academy-style ceremony is one of the highlights of IBS—drawing more than 600 attendees. Associates of Excellence Awards Lunch January 10 | 11:00 – 1:00 PM The Associates of Excellence Awards Lunch is the premier event honoring the outstanding contributions of Associates and Builders on the local, state and national levels. Tickets: $50 per ticket and include a networking lunch. 

NAHB Professional Women in Building Awards & Installation Luncheon January 10 | 12:00 – 2:00 PM The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council will celebrate local council achievements, honor individuals who have made a significant impact in the housing industry and install the 2018 Board of Trustees and Officers.
