IWM (Indigenous White Minorities): a term for white peoples who are discriminated against. For example, Ruthenians, Moravians, Silesians, Pomeranians, Pomaks, Lipovans, Sorbs, and many other peoples who are social minorities in their countries of residence. They suffer from racists, just like us, so technically they are a white subset of the IBPOC community, since they are also technically indigenous. The term is categorically opposed to violence and discrimination. It cannot be used for violence or as an excuse. The term is categorically opposed to Radqueers.
