What are the cops doing in that freaking town?!
The police knows Ian was involved with Spencer when she was 15. (He was also seeing Alison — 15 too).
What are they waiting for?! Shouldn't they be charging Ian (a young ADULT) with taking advantage of MINORS?!

The age of constant is installed so that teenagers can date each other and have sex without one of them going to jail!! It has NOTHING to do with ADULTS.
