That damn Volo ai album cover looks worse than I thought it was seeing it in better quality ๐ญ they thought this was good? The fur and faces make zero sense. WHY IS BEACH BEAR HOLDING DENTURES?????
Whatโs really sad to me is that fact that ai is copying off a dead man, Dave Thomas. Dave actually has a YouTube channel and one of his videos from almost 18 years ago was him playing around with windows movie maker. He made this whole thing where he basically said he was a robot but it was also to showcase an animatronic he was working on
He was obviously playing it as a joke at the time but it makes me really sad because the final thing he wrote was:
โPlease makerโฆ Fabricate some humanity for meโฆ or shut me down.โ
It just makes me think to that fact that theyโre putting his work into artificial intelligence.

The thing is that the AI cover doesn't even look like Dave's work. It's an ugly, blurry mockery that doesn't have any of the detail or exaggerated charm or anything
We got a new showtape for an entirely new location! It should be the beginning of a new era for the band! But Aaron is stuck in the past, he refuses to let the Showbiz days go. It's insulting to us fans, the fanartists he could've commissioned, the new band members, and most of all to Dave, whose art literally defined the Showbiz era, only to have it fed into a machine that can't even do it justice. And after his passing, so he couldn't protest it

Catherine O'Hara as the outrageously camp Lola Heatherton on the Canadian sketch comedy series SCTV, early-1980s.
