I would highly recommend this book (which is written in a realistic, informal style and set against a relaxed Australian backdrop) to anyone who feels they need to be reminded of what matters in life and wants to chill out whilst doing so, as it’s so uplifting and easy to read.

Wanted to start this week out by sharing something with you from my personal journal from 4/14/2016... I was struggling with a few things and was still attempting to come back to wrestling from a neck injury... I had a lot of doubters... alot of haters & nonbelievers... there was a lot against me but the biggest hinderance was my mindset...
