Rhaenys and Viserys weren’t that close in age, I’m afraid. Well, 4 years may not be much, but it can be a huge wall when you’re very young – a 4-year-old isn’t going to play with a baby, really, plus by the time Rhaenys was a toddler (and a little more “playable”) the war was on. Furthermore, Rhaegar’s family mostly stayed on Dragonstone, whereas Viserys was in King’s Landing.

Also, there’s the unfortunate problems of Aerys’s paranoia and Dornish racism and fear of Rhaegar supplanting him…. I mean, considering that Aerys was obsessed with keeping Viserys protected to the point of not letting Rhaella nurse him, refused to hold or touch Rhaenys because she “smelled Dornish”, and even refused to let Viserys attend Rhaegar and Elia’s wedding, I don’t think he would have allowed Viserys to interact with Rhaenys very much. Perhaps Rhaella tried her best, during the time when she was shielding Viserys from Aerys’s madness, and there must have been a point during the war where both children were in the Red Keep at the same time (when Elia and her children were kept as hostages to keep the Dornish in line, and before Rhaella and Viserys were sent to Dragonstone), but I doubt that they were ever very close.

Still, Dany does know about Rhaenys:
