Flexibility comes to those who work for it. In order to increase your flexibility you have to practice. I worked on some controversial stretches today most compare this to yoga. I did the spider stretch which you need full body strength and full range of motion to do safely. I also did a shoulder stand with a half pretzel while stretching my hamstrings and working my abs. It's challenging but worth it because your body will love it. Stretching feels good.
