FIRST STORMPILOT FIC I READ AND BOY WAS IT A GOOD ONE It was the perfect mix of what will hopefully be canon *fingers crossed* and realism. Like, Finn wakes up, Poe's by his side, yadda yadda. They share a brief exchange, but the focus is less on the words being said than on what's not being said out loud. The feelings of longing and what is definitely love (though it's not mentioned by name; appropriate for this fic) on both ends is just too damn cute as shit. The movie alone gave me so many feels, and after a bit of internet-ing, I came back to my precious AO3 and found this gem. If you're new to this fandom, this is literally the PERFECT place to start. And hey, if you're further along now like me, lemme just say: the giddiness over this doesn’t go away. :DDD
