my GI doctor said it’s ibs but like as an umbrella term bc they dont know what caused my flare up (but ive had this happen before so it’s probably chronic) however ive NEVER had this weird throat thing i feel like im constantly on the verge of a panic attack (more than usual) bc it feels like i cant breath as well and like my throat is smaller or like someone is pressing on it. i do take generic fiber gummies when i remember but is there a difference between fiber brands like metamucil and benefiber?
