Bassicly he was set to be decommissioned after getting a lot of damage (blackrock has so many of the Zeta models they really dont care to repair major damage they might aswell just make a new one.) But bc hes yknow sentient he escaped somehow, and ended up dawning a disguise.

He goes to work under subspace bc he still struggles to go against his programming and hopes that if he can continue working under his creator he can still be valued. He is afraid of Subspace finding out the truth. He also kind off resents subspace but can't help but want his approval anyway bc thats how he was programmed.

This could go so many different ways!! Like u could have subspace redemption, or hes the villain while hyperlaser runs away from blackrock after being discovered (and maybe meeting Katana???)

Other sentient biografts could know about ths scheme and be either jealous or resent him ... could be so awesome.

Maybe Hyperlaser gets closer to subspace, who hasn't had a close friend since medkit. Subspace finds the inphernal connection he craves, or so he thinks, and hyperlaser questions wether any of it is real or just his programming making him like his creator no matter what. Auagahauahhahhhggghh it could be so good!!

Hear me out:

A biograft goes rouge(doesn't cause trouble or nothing js works a bit funky), and as she doesn't want to be arrested or otherwise captured to figure out how she developed like, a real personality(free guy style idk).

She ends up in Hyperlaser's apartment, and ends up in a staring contest with the cat until Hyperlaser suddenly comes home. The biograft, who:

1. doesn't want a fight

2. Recognizes hyperlaser as:

2.1 works for the korblox folks(kind of bad mayhaps)

2.2 friend :3(coworker, but she's attempting to figure out the whole having truly independent thoughts thing still)

Freezes in panic, then begs to not be taken back.

Hyperlaser's automatic cat feeder also broke, and while she did order a new one it's taking a while to arrive. Hyperlaser decides to let the biograft stay on the condition that she feeds Princess at set times of day, and entertains the cat a bit as well while she's at work.

She fully intends to turn the biograft in when the feeder arrives, but they talk a bit as well after work some days, and Hyperlaser grows to enjoy the unjudging and easy company and doesn't want to let go of the biograft. Especially because Princess likes the biograft

And uh idk that's her personal biograft now. She gets a few odd looks for having one but she's hers and she has a cool personality and she can afford to have her. The biograft also likes Princess so that's mutual and she's not a threat to the cat

I really just needed to get these two off my chest I'm insane for them💯
