Imagine an afab person finding a massive clutch of eggs and deciding to incubate them. They shove the hundreds of chicken egg-sized eggs into their womb, where they continue to grow in size.
Oh that sounds amazing. Perhaps a meteor crashed into their back yard, it cracks open to reveal hundreds of glowing blue eggs, all so small and round, calling them to them to touch, to look, to... incubate
All the eggs glow in a baskets, all surrounding the bed. One egg after another, going inside them. Fingers pushing deep, they ovipositor toys all used up from so many eggs, now their just putting one after another by hand. A faint glow of a blue emanates from their belly, as it grows and grows. Heavy panting as the last of the eggs goes in, their womb filled, their belly big and round, glowing a faint blue. Their mind is hazy, only thinking one thing
Incubate
They wake up the next day, the previous night nothing but a haze of pleasure, but as they try to get up, the weight of all the eggs brings them crashing down. Somehow they get back on the bed, their massive belly glowing more blue then before, bigger then it was the previous night. Pulsing, moving, the eggs grew and grew in front of their eyes, belly rubs being the only thing providing comfort to the ever growing clutch. Yet somehow it didn't hurt, it felt... pleasurable, it felt good.
The belly rubs continued, the glowing more intense, the eggs bigger. All day was spent, watching as it grew bigger and bigger, till it took over the bed, creaking over the sheer weight of everything, but it didn't matter to them, they were drunk with pleasure, imagining just how good it would feel when they finally came out-
And that's when it happens, the sudden urge to push, something large came out slowly, massive, the size of a cantaloupe, pushing and pushing, any pain replaced by pleasure, as the first of the grown eggs plopped right out, then another push, another egg
One after another, each egg sending wave after wave of pleasure, all night spent laying egg after egg, the room filled with them, massive melon sized eggs, glowing blue. By morning time the last egg had been laid, they had returned to normal sized, rubbing their belly one more time for a job well done. Left with only the thought of what could possibly be in thoses eggs, and if they could provide some more eggs to incubate~
