âNever before have I heard of a weapon like yours. I have witnessed crossbows and firearms with incredible prowess, but desiring melee combat would generally require a switch of arms. You said you call it a gunblade?â
Queer as it was, riddled with polarities unfit for neither sword nor gun. Fascination highlighted the green in her eyes as the engravings familiarized themselves with her visual palette; the trinket, the pattern -- do they serve as placement for a form of personal symbolism? Excaliburâs markings were bestowed throughout the unsung eras before her birth ( as a wise man once told her ), so its uniqueness was not entirely committed to her.Â
âIntricate designs were emblems of privilege. Caliburn was a beautiful sword itself, but due to it, its strength was no more impressive than my current.â Yet it hindered naught in its process to nest a home in her heart.
