Train Delay
Currently, I'm on my way to Toronto to receive coaching by one of the Canada's most prestigious dancers; however, the train I am currently on has been facing great difficulty with the ice storm that has passed. Apparently over 250 000 people in Toronto have lost power and almost all flights have been delayed/cancelled in Eastern Canada. My train was delayed for over an hour due to the fact that a Hydro line fell onto the tracks in Oshawa. Because of this I may not be able to work with my coach today due to a tardy arrival of at least an hour and half.
The only perk to this is that I get 50% off my next train ticket; however, I did not like sitting on a train at the Ottawa Train Station for over an hour being told, "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Here is a complimentary beverage. Happy Holidays!" No, a complimentary beverage will not make a difference in my mood; getting me to my destination on time will make me happy. It would be awful if my session today would be cancelled because of this ice storm!

Three years ago I ventured out into the cold Canadian winter air with my little video camera, day after day, over a period of two weeks, I capture the shots for "TIMES POWER". Thankfully the clouds, mostly, cooperated.
