I feel honoured to participate in this by quite blatantly remarking 'i have not been here' for maybe 35 posts in a row. How wonderously varied the world is. Is it truly any different to have stepped foot there than telebroadcasted insights?
I do wonder sometimes what the longest streak is for most "i have not been here" votes in a row. Is there someone out there that's never managed to go to any of the places posted on the blog? ("Earth" and "this blog" excluded, of course)
Which location(s) have the highest % "I have been here" votes?
Unfortunately I don't have an easy way to check this. If anyone knows a website that'll do it for me, please let me know!
That said, most of the locations that get high "yes" votes are either:
generic, digital places like ao3 and tumblr
generic physical places like an airplane or a park or an art museum
large American or European cities like New York City or London
I just got to click 'been there' for FIVE places in one scroll!! Very uplifting to think back on all the beautiful places I've experienced. Thanks for facilitating it!
