the one thing I like is the idea of being able to apply shaders to ships but why not just..... apply the D1 shader system to D2 with more things to colour instead of whatever the HECK this current thing is

true! I do like that feature - and ghosts, too. I don’t put shaders on too many of the guns but I guess in theory that’s cool too why can’t I shade swords 

I have to butt in and be That Guy™ and mumble, is it just because she happens to be a woman and not a guy..... I feel like that rogueish attitude would 99% likely to be forgiven on a male character.

anyway, jay took his baby steps into becoming who he is today thanks to one of his mom’s british co-workers, lel. he’d given her a CD that had various bands in it but she passed it on to me. i started listening to bullet for my valentine a lot that way. also, when we got an internet connection i discovered green day and a bit later, zeromancer,  and became Very Passionate about them, too.

in junior high, julien-k, orgy, deadstar assembly.skipping years later, in high school, when i discovered motionless in white and started listening to a lot of metalcore in general. miw will always be special for carrying me through a really uh. difficult time of my life and kind of helping me realise and come to terms with some things regarding myself. 16. If you’d grown up in a different environment, do you think you’d have turned out the same?probably not…? your environment plays a big role in the development of your personality, after all. didn’t like where i grew up or how isolated i was but i kinda like the kind of person i am now.

1. If someone wanted to really understand you, what would they read, watch, and listen to?I suppose for a reading list – tons of fantasy, from Rowling and Tolkien to Brian McClellan and Scott Lynch. Also Russian classic literature, poetry – especially Lermontov – and folklore… oh, also Strugatsky brothers fiction, as well as Kir Bulychev works. Harry Harrison (The Stainless Steel Rat series) was my first sci-fi book, and Alexander Belyaev, The Amphibian Man and Eternal Bread, for example… oh, completely forgot about Redwall series by Brian Jacques. Also Witcher series, by Andrzej Sapkowski! The Chronicles of Amber by Roger Zelazny, and Isaac Asimov work. Oof, that is a big list…To recommend a specific watching list… would be weird, since I watch a lot, A LOT of things. But I recommend watching Japanese animation, like Ghibli movies and Ghost in The Shell and Kyoto Animation series/movies! And all movies in my movie tag, and cartoon tag, and anime tag. Also multiple video games tags… But it’s easier to just see what I play on blog, to be honest.To listen… I suppose podcasts by McElroys, and hard rock groups like Guns N’ Roses, also Mylene Farmer… and soundtracks from different media. Definitely The Killers! Also Caravan Palace, The XX, Walk The Moon, Oh Wonder… it’s easier to share my vk.playlist at this point!

6. Are you religious/spiritual?Yes, at least I consider myself so. As most of my family, I am Orthodox Christian, but, however, of unorthodox teachings, if that makes sense? Since I am queer, that initially put a restrain on my own thought on God and religion, and made me detest Christianity as a whole due to queerphobia I’ve experienced from religious people, especially my own mum. But with time, and help of LGBTQ+ friendly people and a priest who himself is queer and considers that there must be change in interpretation of holy texts, since he himself as a historian (before turning to the church) didn’t see any collision between sin and being queer. So now I am somewhat proud of embracing my religious views. Spiritual part is… more confusing and I cannot put everything in a simple answer, I apologise.

13. Inside or outdoors?Depends on multiple factors. Weather, mood, something happening, events, also seasons and what clothes I could wear… So both!
