City championships! They went really well. I got a two new PRs! For triple jump I won first place with a distance of 30'8" thats also bigger than the current school record. I got first for my heat and a new PR for 100m hurdles of 19.64 seconds. Our heat for the 4x200m won first our Time was 2:06 minutes. Idk my time for the 300m hurldes I got third to last in that. Today was fun and good and I enjoyed myself.

OMG.
Lolo Jones was the last seeded qualifier to make it into the 100m hurdle finals. I have never been so thankful/nervous. I really hope she can pull it out tonight.
Hurdle workout today blarggg
Working out over winter break is annoyingly difficult because I can't just roll out of bed and go to practice half asleep, I have to have the conscious ability to drive myself to the track. But today I have a fun technical hurdle workout to do so I don't mind as much. I do mind the fact it's 30 degrees and I'll be outside. So I'll be dressing warm!!
