Hello Kiri! Somehow I managed to just now watch your latest vlog (I feel so terrible about that), but I wanted to clarify something. The number of alters a person with DID has isn't fixed. Most patients will have 2-3 alters at any one time, but those alters will change giving a lifetime average of 14 total. The Three Faces of Eve made DID well known, but the woman that Eve is based on had other Alters after the conclusion of the film.
Ah, forgive me that I didn't communicate that well, it gets a little convoluted since so little is still known about it.
