Lacie x Bertrum for the ship thing?
I think I did talk about this ship a little while ago in this post, but I’ll expand on that post a bit more!
I really do love this ship so much, trust me, but sometimes Bertie can be a douche- for starters, I don’t really think I even knew that Lacie and Bertrum work together as directors of Bendyland until the Employee Handbook came out- which means that Bertrum would consider Lacie a lot more gentle, kind, and beautiful than what she really was, and definitely someone that shouldn’t really be considered working in a place that would get her hands dirty. Which is kind of touching in a way? If you twist it around enough-
Needless to say, Lacie would definitely be agitated with Bertrum’s thoughts of her, but she’d not really do anything about it except continue to work on her own things, and try her best to make sure that their relationship does not affect the people she works with- she is the director, after all, and should still be thought of as such, despite Bertrum’s accidental demeaning actions towards her.
Bertrum would also try to be sweet and show her that he cares for her despite his ideas of her, and would give her a lot of extravagant gifts that would end up backfiring on him-
The entire relationship would just be poor Bertie digging a hole in which he can’t get out of.
But sometimes Lacie pities him, giving in to his ways of saying “I love you” when she feels like it.
She also still controls the relationship, despite Bertrum feeling like he does, as discussed in the post linked above.
It would be a really funny relationship, though!
