so i haven't seen brand new day but ive been seeing the stuff about jeans backstory being so drastically changed, and i saw a post pointing out they basically ripped off karma's backstory and that reminded me of the fact that they did something very similar to amadeus cho in endgame. in the comics, bruce is not the one who figures out how to keep his intellect intact while constantly being in hulk form. amadeus does that. amadeus fucking cures bruce of being the hulk and figures out how to manage being the hulk instead in under a year (or close to it). and they stole that for a white character too. i'm sick of the mcu taking their asian characters trauma/achievements and giving it to white characters who already have their own backstories.
