FBI Agent Brock Rumlow is assigned a copy-cat serial murder case. To help with the investigation he, along with agents Rogers and Romanoff from the Behavioral Science Unit, interview the convicted killer of the original murders: Jack Rollins. Rollins is notoriously tight-lipped about his crimes, that is until he becomes completely smitten with Rumlow.

Steve: “Narcissists love to talk about themselves. Feign interest, compliment him.”

Rumlow: “You want me to flirt with a psycho murderer whose last date ended in cannibalism?”

Natasha: “It’ll be easy, he already likes you. And I get the feeling you two have a lot in common.”
