❅ bonhomme de neige ❅ by pixelmama Via Flickr: Thanks to everyone for the Flickr ♥ love ♥ yesterday on my sister's post. It really means a lot to me. I realize it was a sad post; so I thought that a happy post was in order for today. Plankton is a little upset to be usurped by a snowman on his favorite day of the week; but I told him to "just get over it!" This was my Christmas present from Jackie. She secretly crocheted this for me … and I was all giddy when I calmly savagely ripped open the package on Christmas morning!! I collect snowmen so this one is extra special. I thought I'd let you know that she also took this photo. I loved it when I walked in from work today and saw her 'studio set-up!' Not only is she a talented amigurumi artist, but she takes pretty darn good photos too!! I gave her my old 'nifty fifty' when I bought the newer version for my camera. At that time; I also instructed her on shallow depth of field. I think she successfully completed that chapter of instruction!
