so this is a request for a best friend and potential love interest for my currently unnamed lili reinhart, and for the sake of this request we are going to call him guy. lili and guy have been best friends for as long as they can remember; they were next door neighbors who spent their entire childhood together and were pretty much attached at the hip. they were always there for each other through anything and spoke about everything together. seriously! when they they got their first kisses, went on their first dates, got a girlfriend/boyfriend - they pretty much told each other all the details and he was there for lili every step of the way during her battle with an eating disorder. at the end of the day these two are basically each other’s other half, soulmates so to speak. during college, i figured they both probably went to different schools, but remained in close contact with phone calls, text messages, social media, etc. anyways fast forward to the present here where lili and guy are still the very best of friends. i think it would be great if there’s probably always been a little bit of a crush there, on guy’s side. like perhaps since guy was old enough to actually like girls, its always been lili for him. so yeah i picture some jealousy on guy’s part when lili got her first boyfriend, but obviously nothing ever came from it because he was too chicken to tell her how he felt for fear of ruining the friendship. in guy’s eyes, lili is the whole package and the epitome of what he looks for in a woman. so why aren’t these two kiddos in love dating??? because they’re both ridiculously stupid to realize how in love they are. okay, no that’s not entirely true. it’s simply because lili has seen guy as solely her best friend for the longest time, that she just hasn’t realized how in love with guy she actually is. she is completely oblivious to the fact that she’s compared every guy she’s ever dated to guy, and she doesn’t understand why she and guy never approve of each other’s dates and claim that they are far too good for said dates. while it is probably evident to everyone around them except lili that guy is in love with her, its starting to become all the more obvious to lili herself that she might actually be in love with guy and it’s kind of scaring her a bit because “omg he’s my best friend i can’t feel this way.” i would love it if they could be living together as roommates only because domestic!things can be so great, and who doesn’t love the idea of them seeing each other coming out of the shower and just being like “oh..uhm..yeah..i..i should get going” while totally checking each other out. and having lili crawl into guy’s bed because she can’t sleep, but then they cuddle and just forget the world..and the next morning its like yeah…this isn’t awkward at all with lili sneaking out of his room unnoticed to shower and get ready for work. obviously we can add some drama by either of them having a current boyfriend/girlfriend, and maybe that relationship is moving to the next level; like perhaps lili or guy have been with a significant other for some time, and maybe on the verge of getting engaged??? idk i would just love to go through all of the angsty/cute feels where they probably spend all day texting each other nonsense and go on dates that they don’t necessarily realize are even dates, but then when one has a date the other just gets super jealous to the point that they don’t want to come out of their rooms. ahhh!! can you tell i’m excited about this?? someone please take this and let’s just have them suffer a bit until they realize just how great and perfect they can be together!! anyways his face is totally open so just yell out some pretty faces at me!! feel free to message me on here if you’d be interested in this and give my lili the matty to her jenna / jim to her pam / alex to her rosie <3
