Rosie questions - What makes Tommy and Rosie bond after the war, why do they get close? Does Rose become part of the family business? Does Rosie's dad survive all through S1-S5? What of Rosie's relationship with Lizzie (I can see Lizzie, Rosie, and Polly being a trio) Who is John closest too from the Graham brothers? Does Rosie have any nieces/nephews? What does Rosie think of Linda? And Esme? Are Walter and Rosie broken up by the start of S3? Hw does she help Tommy with his grieving?
their families just been hanging around each other a lot more so they grow closer by that. also, rosie is the most intellectual one in the family, besides ray, so tommy sometimes goes to her for some help. with the family business, yes sort of. i mean, she eventually becomes a part of her familyâs whiskey business. then, grahams began to work under the shelby company ltd and sell their whiskey through them so yes, sheâs a part of both family businesses.
iâm thinking her dad dies early s2?? i know heâs definitely dying bc heâs a misogynistic prick and i canât let him live that long lol. but yeah, he does die and rosie literally doesnât feel any remorse whatsoever. fuck sullivan graham.
rosie and lizzie are a fun duo later on. in s1, they rarely speak to each other because they run in different circles. and when john says heâs gonna marry lizzie, rosie thinks itâs a joke bc yannoe, no one ever believed it would work out anyways. slowly throughout the years, they start talking more, drinking together, having long talks with one another, and itâs a nice friendship between them.Â
i feel like john and gus are the same person. gus is older than him, but they both act childish, have a shit ton of kids ( gus will eventually ), and love with all of their heart. but john and gus are a tight knit duo 100%. they definitely drink together all the fucking time and theyâre both big idiots when theyâre drunk as shit.
rosie will have a bunch of nieces and nephews in due time. not sure when but everyone in the family will have kids. gus will have the most like either four or five kids, ray will have one or two, and benji will adopt two. so yeah, one big happy family.
rosie and linda are very rocky. in s3, she really thinks linda is good for arthur and that he deserves someone who wants whatâs best for him. and she knows linda is incredibly smart which is a plus. over time, her opinion of her starts to change when she views herself to be above the shelbys and grahams because of her good faith and that just really rubs on rosie the wrong way. in the end, she tolerates linda. then thereâs esme. rosie never really cared enough about esme to really form a strong opinion. like she doesnât hate her but she doesnât like her either so itâs eh.
yes, rosie and walter will split towards the end of s2. but im thinking around s3, walter will mention to rosie that heâs seeing someone ( aka may carleton ) and rosie is beyond happy for him bc he deserves to find his person.Â
she helps him by not tiptoeing around him after graceâs death. she acts the exact same around him as she normally would and she doesnât let him shut her out. stubborn as he may be, rosie is definitely worse whenever sheâs got her mind set on something. so she spends a lot of her time with him, taking care of charlie so he wouldnât have to, and sheâd usually spend her nights sitting in his study with him just to keep him company, hardly speaking because theyâre going through all of their paperwork together. it doesnât sound like much, but itâs definitely been helpful to tommy.
