But when I try to do the save thing and then load it using the second option from the main menu, it just shows a black screen. Is there anything I can do about it? Arigatō :3

Oh. Can you give me more details, perhaps? I’m guessing you’re in full screen mode or the graphics won’t load properly. (Don’t ever play this game in full screen. It surely won’t help you at all. XD) But if you’re not, I’m not sure why ^^; Try switching windows and going back to the game window.
Ahh, let’s see... Which Wineskin engine are you using? If you’re using the newest one, try to use older ones. I think I’m using an old engine WS9Wine1.7.4 for Hadaka Shitsuji. But I doubt the problem is this technical. /shrugs
Sorry if I’m not much of a help ><;

About Hadaka Shitsuji… How do I save my game? Because it keeps crashing and it’s really annoying to have to start again every time. Thank youuu xx

Hello! Like in any visual novel games, there are two ways to save your progress: Save and Quick Save. Usually, quick saves are enough to save your game which makes regular saving quite useless (or, only for the purpose of going back to ‘choice’).
Mounting .ISO files
Hello~ This is in reply to asks sent by inuotaku, otomegamingmarathon, and inkstainedmoony. I have answered a similar ask here. A very long answer is under the cut. :)
tl;dr Mounting ISO files on Mac is very easy. Simply double-click on the ISO file to mount it. Alternative ways are suggested in this site. Remember to mount the ISO first then look for the setup .exe file.
It’s probably just a problem on my side, but I can’t seem to apply the english patch of Hadaka Shitsuji to the game root folder. At least, that’s where I get stuck. Whenever I click on the patch, it says it cannot be opened. If you can help me, that would be great. :3

Hello~ Sorry for the late response >_< Um, what were you trying to do? Launch or click on it? You only have to drag the files (or copy them) to the game folder within the wrapper. You don't have to open them. Hope this helps. ^^
