HARRY STYLES: LIVE ON TOUR - SINGAPORE (23 NOV 2017)
So I flew all the way from Jakarta, Indonesia to see Harry Styles in Singapore on 23 November 2017, my flight was on my Dad’s birthday which is on 22 November. I went to see Harry alone but I met up with my friend Mimi from Singapore, we’ve been friends since like 2013 if I’m not mistaken and we’ve met before in 2015. And then we also had different tickets since we’re purchasing the tickets separately. I got CAT 1, and she got CAT 2.
When we were entering the venue, I wasn’t as close as I expected to the stage, but right after Ever Since New York, the security guy told me to come to the front, I was on the fourth row. I told him I came all the way from Jakarta to see Harry Styles in Singapore. And then during Two Ghosts I went to the second row until the show finished.
I wasn’t expecting anything like this but I am so thankful and grateful to have such a great opportunity to see him that close. He was so unbelievably amazing, I’m so in love with every little piece of him. The fact that I had the chance to see him performing live, being himself, and doing what he loves (performing/singing) is the best experience I’ve ever had in my life ever.
He kept smiling and showing off his precious dimple the whole time and his voice and performance as a solo artist was sooooooo amazing you guys, he’s definitely worth to watch and see. You know his habit of throwing water on the audience right? And yes! I can proudly say that Harry Edward Styles threw water on me. He’s so goofy and smiley the entire time. He played with this chicken toy during Woman and then he broke it then threw it away.
You know that kind of situation when you think Harry is looking straight at you and smiling but I’m not really sure if he really does but let’s just pretend that he did. I still cannot believe my luck, I feel like he stared at me few times, during Two Ghosts, Just A Little Bit of Your Heart, and Stockholm Syndrome, and WMYB. My heart beat so fast the entire time.
I must say that I was really 100% enjoying his solo performance, I sang my heart out, danced all night long to his songs. Laughing and smiling because of him. I feel so lucky and blessed.
What saddens me the most is the fact that I couldn’t meet him, and the show has ended and now I’m going back home and everything will not be as normal as it used to be. The whole PCD thing was so real, like I can really feel it because every single thing I do reminds me of him, I keep crying uncontrollably without reasons but I know it is because of him and I will never ever get over him. I feel so pathetic because all I want to do is being with him, like evaporating into thin air just to be wherever he is right now, I couldn’t stop being sad and feeling pathetic. Every little thing I do reminds me of him. I couldn’t take the precious memories away.
I am beyond grateful and blessed to be that close to Harry, that was possibly the closest I have ever been to him. I was front row during OTRA but it wasn’t as close as I was at the Harry Styles Live On Tour (with the whole security and barricade during OTRA). I am just so happy and sad at the same time, it is a mixed feeling because I am sad that I will probably won’t ever see him again and the show is now over and I am so happy that my idol, the person that I love so much, my most favorite people in the entire world got to live his dream, doing what he loves, being himself, and spreading all the love and kindness he has. He truly is the most amazing ‘sweet creature’ and deserves everything in this world. I love Harry so much, I will always pray for him and his happiness.
