Rin often wondered the woods on days when living among so many humans became too much. It calmed her and allowed her to reset herself and it gave her great joy to just be among nature. So to have that tranquility stolen from her as she walked into what was normally a beautiful clearing was truly tragic. But she didn’t have time to think about the loss of a peaceful time laying in a bunch of flowers when her eyes were glued to the ruby red liquid slowly dripping off one mans claws as he stood over another, to whom the blood belonged if the gashes in their chest was anything to go by.

Kaiden had thought she was alone, well other than having Aki with her. But the dog demon was busy tracking some poor animal that she had caught the scent to. The slayer was sitting on a flat rock, cleaning her sword. 

She looks up from her project, hearing someone else speak. She looks up a bit surprised at the wolfdog demon.
