I just have to get this out before I have to clock in for work. I've been so overwhelmed with all of the positive images and accounts of black women lately. The Emmys really brought it together for me. Everyday I scroll through my timeline I see black women just making it happen and sometimes it may happen in our own spheres. But nothing grows inspiration more than coming together. This come to mind to all of the amazing #howard women gracing my timeline everyday. So my idea is that we all get together the Sunday of our #Howard homecoming to celebrate one another in a meetup. It can be for an hour or more and I know it may easier said than done but I think it'll be so encouraging to just hug another Howard woman and say I see what you're doin and I'm all here for it.
