Thanks to the EA Game Changers program, I had early access to the new Tiny Living Stuff pack and created this tiny home!

The Cozy Craftsman has one bedroom and one bathroom however can sleep up to 4 sims and their animal companions! Although you wouldn’t want to squeeze too many sims into this small abode. 

This house costs  §48,480 fully furnished, and requires no CC, but quite a bit of pack content.

I was asked to share this home, so here it is!

It was built with all EPs and SPs on 5x4 lot and costs 96 262$. There are some important things for you to know:

The house is not playable - not only due to its size, but because the arches block the doors.

It is not landscaped or furnished. There are walls built inside, but no doors, no wallpaper and in most cases no floor. 

I would recommend you to use Clean Installer, and for better look of the house, three things that are not included in the download:

1. Clear Glass Default by Slig

2. White wall/floor edge

3. White roof trim default

Credit goes to Maxis and number of cc creators for their wonderful work, which makes the game so beautiful; their name list is written in the ReadMe file.

Not just named after the cool, smart exterior colour, Suburban Blues boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for housing all those children you didn’t mean to have.  Priced at §125,343 fully furnished, it’s probably outside of your price range but don’t let that get you down. By the time you work your ass off to afford this house, you’ll probably be in debt for the rest of your life anyway.  Place this baby on a 40 x 30 lot and you’ll be good to go.
