     house rules   ⸺ centers on a group of wealthy twentysomethings spending the summer in a beach house just outside the city. by day, they juggle their careers, and the expectations tied to their last names. by night, they let loose in a party-filled lifestyle, romantic entanglements and conflicts that threaten their images. pulled together by their circles, the house becomes both an escape and a spotlight. some arrive ready to embrace the privilege they were born into, while others are determined to redefine themselves beyond it. with new and returning housemates entering throughout the summer, alliances shift, rivalries surface, and secrets spill between the cracks.

tldr: a new generation of names you’ve heard and a few you haven’t come together under one roof for a season where what starts as an invitation turns into a test of who truly belongs. in a house where how you’re seen matters most, one wrong move can change it all and not everyone will last.

❦ 1 : my activity can fluctuate often, because i'm a full-time student, have other hobbies to tend to, and can lose motivation easily at times. kindly do not expect consistent posts from me on the content end such as roleplay starters and solos! this blog is for my indulgence. ❦ 2 : given that i'm a minor, you will not find any nsfw content on this blog and you will not find me engaging with those kinds of works. do not leave lewd comments or replies (ic or ooc) under posts, in the askbox, or in my dms. i will spay you myself! To be followed at all times, exceptions are made in extenuating circumstances. The saying "Easier to ask forgiveness than permission" will only get someone so far. I do have a mailing address for the League of Shadows and I will mail you there.

Do not show up at the front door in costume. If you must be in costume there is a fire escape.

Only eat what you are told you can. (Speedsters included)

Every one has to chip in if take-out is ordered.

If jade is home be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.

Do not fight with Jade, verbally or otherwise. I will kick you out.

No jumping on beds.

No unauthorized pillow/blanket forts.

No ordering pay-per-view.

Clean up messes you make.

No prank calling from the house phone.

Do not mess with Jade's things. This includes everything from her sais to her hair brush.

Inside voices when Lian is sleeping.

If you upset Lian, you upset me. Is that clear?

Let me sleep. Only exception is emergencies, or my wife showing up.

Do not invite other people over without my permission.

Do not swear around Lian. (This includes future swears, too, Bart)

No one touches my laptop. Especially bat-kids.

The only animal allowed in the house is Patches. Any others must be run by me first.

It is NOT ever okay to wrestle unless-

1.) Wrestling is on.

2.) You have a belt.

3.) You're pretending to be an alligator.
