Hotwells is a large bathhouse in the city of Arcsunder which is fed by a natural hot spring. The largest pool at ground level is shared and can accommodate up to 200 bathers while the upper floors contain over 30 private bathrooms. The bathhouse also features a gymnasium and tea room.

We snuck away for a little while yesterday to go bike riding and we found this little gem! In 1892 well drillers were surprised to find hot sulfur water, not the clean water they wanted...so Texas Hot Wells was opened. It was claimed that its waters would benefit and cure persons with all sorts of diseases and Illness. Visitors flocked to “Take the Waters” in luxury and indulgence. Celebrities to Hot Wells included Teddy Roosevelt, Douglas Fairbanks, Will Rogers and Rudolph Valentino.
