Lazy Cloud, upon her death, was attached to Hex and has been released along with his survival.
Scraps Scrappington Von Scrappers convinced the players to execute his target, Summer Stars, and is no longer bound to the house.
The rest are condemned to the house. Hardcover Hex has earned a wish atop his freedom, whatever will he want?

Welcome to our No Host November special! At around 5pm, the body of the host was found by Summer Stars while returning some books to the library.
The dead still linger about the house, the curse that limits their speech has been lifted. They will be available to help in this case.

[State of the Body]: It seems hollow, doll-like. Cold to the touch. No signs of external injury.

Guest Alibis
Angel Cakes: “I didn’t really want to be alone so I found Peach in the ballroom and decided to sit and listen to him sing… It really calmed some of my nerves…… then… we’ll, I’m not sure… when I got word of the murder and saw the body… Ugh I think I’m gonna be sick. I was both relieved and a little shaken up…… I kind of thought we were free from this little horror game… but then I remembered… somebody killed the host… We still have a murderer in our midst.”
Ariace Wingate: “I was drinking in the wine cellar again. Uh… yeah, after all that happened, maybe it’s an odd choice, but I felt like I needed to keep the dead at peace. And… the wine helps.”
Hardcover Hex: “I spend all day with Peach, listened to him sing, finally got him to eat something and we’ve been hanging with the ghosts reading and telling stories otherwise... As for Host? I don’t feel sorry for him. He locked us here and after that tried to flirt with the mares and told us all to kill each other. He’s a villain, a creep, and a pervert. Good riddance in my opinion.”
Peach Kisses: "I don't do much but sing now a days… It's all I CAN do. Everyone I was close to is dead, and those I've become close with--Angel… Hex, they were with me as I sang for the loss of my friends. Regarding the Host, I can't be angry at him. Maybe he's finally resting in peace now. Being tortured for so long to be able to torture others would have been hell for him. Someone put him to rest, finally."
Reese: "I was making myself a snack to eat at the time, I tend to stress eat when I'm anxious. The atmosphere has only been getting worse and worse, I don't even know who to trust anymore. I don't wish death upon anyone but maybe it's for the best that our Host is finally dead. Hopefully it's the last death that ever occurs in this bloody mansion."
Summer Stars: "When I was making my daily trip to the library, I saw the Host limb on the floor! I was there to return some books since I had no use for them anymore. I just didn't know how to feel when I saw the Host dead. At first I thought he was pulling a prank on me but as he continued to lie on the floor I was becoming more concerned so I poke his body and it was stone cold. How could the Host die?!"
Players were asked to investigate, and these are the fruits of their labour. Players are largely responsible for the outcome of the trials, but we would love to hear from you! You can vote at the bottom of the sheet.
Since this is a very special case, all ghosts are permitted to speak their minds as to who of the surviving players could have done it.

Hardcover Hex: “When everything is put together it looks like anyone could have done this. The book cover matches the charm drawn on the mask and they must have learned the spell from the book. From what I know except for Summer finding the body no one else entered the library the entire day. And since anyone could have done the ritual, she’s the best suspect since she was the only one to have gone in there...”
Lazy Cloud: "It's Summer. She was alone in the library where it happened. No one else really saw her, and she also found the body."
Romancedy: "I honestly haven't been paying much mind after well... being deceased. But... when I heard the host had been taken out I had to wonder just what was going to happen now! Someone with either great magic to release him from his body or the knowledge of a ritual to do so had to be the culprit. I know we should be relieved that the one who trapped us has been taken out but... what's going to happen to us now? Oh I don't know..."
Scraps Scrappington Von Scrappers: This one is easy. Okay, harder than my case, but I'm surprised we all haven't just left and gone home. Anyway, the killer was a unicorn who spent a lot of time in the library. The unicorn that spent the most time there? Summer Stars. Sure she claims to have been combing her mane most of the time, but it's easy to apprehend the host, and hold him down long enough to exorcism him if you've got hair that long. As much as I would LOVE for it to be Hex, it isn't. His alibi with Peach is actually pretty accurate, and they have been doing stuff together all day. I doubt Peach would alibi for a killer knowingly. Summer Stars has the motivation of wanting to rescue others, where at Hex just doesn't like people in general. So, product of elimination, Summer Stars is my bet.
Summer Stars: She started by looking at the book on the table, she decided to look at the mark on the forehead of the host and wondered if it could have been done without the need of a horn. Summer in the end did not uncover much from the crime scene.

Summer Love: (To Lazy's ghost) Were you down in the cellar with Ariace, or up in the ballroom with everybody else? If the cellar, were you with Ariace the entire time?
“I was in the ballroom with Hex and Peach. You know the only two ponies here who I actually spoke to at all? Why the fuck would I be with Ariace? I don’t think the guy ever even spoke a word to me.”
