It means âcontent warningâ--which I use instead of tw or trigger warning, because someone may find something upsetting and have it blacklisted even if itâs not strictly a trigger. (And âcontent warningâ also covers things that are only mentioned even if details arenât given so it probably wouldnât be triggering to see or read, but might still be upsetting to hear about.)
