there is a lot of struggle. hastiness from his part, trying to find SOMETHING that works and restrictions that might make him feel like he's got his hands tied and everything relies on him. i'm getting lots of conflict and lack of communication at work + a resistance to change, things from the past coming up. all i see with these cards is just mclaren levels of incompetence in strategy that leave him at a disadvantage and the burden of having to deal with all these events BUT. i also see a lot of self reflection. a lot of eagerness and wanting to learn, there's many cards that point towards the intellect. so it looks like, despite it looking bleak, he's not going to lose his resilience (heck, he might even learn some things going forward towards the future) and he is going to look for ways to fight against the current even if it will be very, very, VERY difficult.

from what i'm gathering here, max is at a bit of a crossroad of emotions. he is not satisfied with how things are going. he doesn't feel incontrol of his situation, his ego is pretty bruised and things seem to be going wrong and wrong and wrong with bad luck here and an incident there and solutions for it are not coming up. and i think there's a whole lot of trouble within the team where everyone is kinda running around like headless chickens. things are not clicking, everything is chaos and for every two steps that they seem to take, they end up taking three steps back, and he is frustrated by that.

max has been finding interest in new projects that kinda keep him from feeling TOTALLY out of depth. there are openings for him everywhere, things that seem exciting and new!!! like a shiny toy. but there's an indecision in him about what to do next, i believe. like he's not sure whether to take it or not, or like he hasn't thought (or refuses to think) on the possibilities of what would happen if he did pursue these new things. so his mind seems to be set in "i'm going to keep doing what i do and hope for the best". keep racing in f1, keep doing other projects when i want. basically "i'm gonna go for what i want at the moment i want it and whatever happens, happens, i refuse to make any definite decision about that now."

if your question was aimed at whether he would leave f1 or change teams, i think the answer is no. i don't see him wanting to make any changes of that kind, but rather that he will stay and do the best he can bc it's what he knows and he doesn't really want to think much on it, he'll just try to wait and see what happens, basically.
