The Book, Kyuubey had stressed, was the real enemy here.

So Kyubey took his words to heart and did what he did best: stalking. He followed the mysterious ‘William Carter’ for the good portion of his afternoon before deciding that yes, it would be worth his time to confront the nerve-wracked man.

And he started the introductions by teleporting right before the man’s feet.
