Wonky llama is done. This was my first amigurumi project. I messed up a lot and learned a lot.
The kit is by Hoooked. I found the yarn difficult to work with due to fraying. The instructions were incomplete. Overall, I would not recommend their kits to anyone. I just started a Woobles kit, and the difference is unbelievable.

A doormat/bathmat! I was branching out a smidge with this rug. It was created with either Hoooked Ribbon XL recycled yarn, and I ended up keeping this one for myself. It actually now functions as a cushion cover on my footstool under my desk! Absolute testament to the solid make of the yarn, I think.
Crochet Rug
Finished Uni project number two is here!
This rug is from the hoooked crochet rug kit, using ribbon xl in yellow and zpagetti in grey for the border. Iโm really pleased with how it turned out, but I donโt think Iโll be making another one anytime soon. Iโm not a massive fan of crocheting with thick yarn and big hooks (this was made using a 10mm).
Nevertheless itโs turned out well. The only issue is itโs still buckling a bit, but hopefully a few days of being walked on will sort that out.
In other news... Well there isnโt really any other news. Iโve finally started one of my diy projects so Iโll be able to update you on that soon. Game wise, itโs still Animal Crossing; I havenโt really been able to spend a lot of time gaming on my PC. So many games to play, so little time to play them!

Trying amigurumi for the first time. This is the "Llama Laurie" by Hoooked and it's been such a frustrating experience so far. The yarn keeps fraying and piling. The directions seem incomplete. If I never worked with yarn before, I would be totally discouraged from crocheting because of this kit.
