Funny story, My buddy Sean came over one day to hang out, my brothers (all about 7-10 years older than me were there) Sean and myself were big car guy's this was Sean's first car (Saturn pictured) Well me and Sean decided to go get food so we left and came back a few hours later to see his car like this, My brothers made this cardboard body kit and hood scoop as well as din foil over the steelies. Sean couldn't stop laughing he even drove around for a few day's with this "kit" on his car... I made this "motovational poster" just after it happened, and while i was going through old pictures i found it and thought i needed to share it.

Hands on Nashville Day 2012
In late September, we had the privilege of heading over to Bailey Middle School in East Nashville to help serve on Hands on Nashville Day. We showed up bright and early with a small Centresource crew and were surrounded by other volunteers and school staff.
It was incredible to see the volunteerism diversity: you had students, parents and teachers, sure, but I also met a couple of very generous folks who didn't have any connection to the school other than the desire to meet a need. (We live in the Volunteer state, after all!)
We were sorted into groups and given the pretty hefty task of clearing brush from a chain link fence.

I won't lie: it was rough going, but it was completely worth it when the school principal checked on our work. He was giddy, and all he could say was, "Wow!"
That made the day, for certain. Here's what we did in a small section of the fence:
The HON team made a fence usable again at Bailey Middle School.
We worked like this for a few hours, cleaning up a fence line across their baseball field. It felt great to make a difference, no matter how slight. These students needed a safe, clean fence and we were able to provide it.
