#2 DEVLOG (hunting lights)

Here’s the trees’ shadows :)
As you can see in this bug, the shadow is drawn on objects depending on objects’ height. It’s not simply drawn on the screen, it is modified by the volume of the map (really hard to explain in english haha sorry)
I resized the character (30x15) and tiles (13x13) to get a nearer camera.
With the shadow system, objects can have a real volume (even if the game is full 2D). Here’s an example of the shadow on the character.
The shadow is not already animated but the code for it is done, so it is animatable (is this a real word ?)
