The master, and fourth, bedroom. This theme is Over the Garden Wall. I'm going to a more grown-up approach to this room. More nods (a framed picture of an over grown piano/classroom, a lantern collection, etc) though I am still going to try and find images that are like vintage travel posters or old adverts.
The color scheme for this room is blue (tiffany blue) and copper, as represented best in the image of the quilt included. It ties in awesome with the master bath too.

Guest room is Gravity Falls.
Cabin themed with quilted blankets, fur rug, and lots of TOTALLY FOR REAL oddities and pictures of TOTALLY FOR REAL oddities.
I don't want them to be too creepy in case I have anyone with phobias or fears staying with me, just creepy cool. Old lisence plates, signs that hint at cryptid beings, possible portals to other dimensions... y'know.
I would love to stock the closet with low-key cosplay too.

The guest bathroom is Steven Universe themed.
I had trouble understanding that concept at first, but now I think I get it. Lots of color, things in places they don't seem to belong. A cohesive mess. Crystals, stars, stained glass, butterflies, succulents, geode art, rose quartz bowls and stuff. It's one of the rooms I'm really excited to decorate tbh.
First room is the one you see when you enter the house; the library.
The color scheme is based on both Fallout 4 and The Last of Us; greys, greens, browns. To soften this I'm adding floral patterns and plaid (cuz I'm 80 on the inside). I actually found these beautiful mismatched red plaid, vintage rose, and cream chair sets that I want for the library SO. BAD. The shelving will be built-in and have floral patterned paper lining the back. I'd like the flooring to be more golden and warm as opposed to dark and 'cold' but definitely hardwood. I also want to add lots of odds and ends; a globe, actual replicas and props from the video games including Bobby pin boxes, magazines from the wastes, weapon replicas, deathclaw skull, vintage posters and ads for Nuka-Cola and maps for the Fireflies, concept art oh my GOD YES. Again, nothing glaringly obvious. Just touches here and there to make a fellow nerd go 'Huh'.
The big reason I want a woodburning stove is in case something happens. I'm a low-key prepper. If the power in town were to go out I want heat, I want a way to cook food. I want a way to purify water and bathe if necessary. Plus how cozy~
And I'd have an excuse to use the axe I bought for something other than my Christmas tree.
